Q: How do I search for a book?
A: Key in the book title or author or ISBN or keyword and the press the "SEARCH" button.
Q: Why are the prices displayed on debookroom.com different from the normal retail bookstores prices?
A: Our main aim is to encourage Malaysian to read more therefore all our books are selling at an affordable prices compared to normal retail bookstore in Malaysia.
Q: What should I do if the book i received have misprint or missing pages (only applies to new books)?
A: Our Return Policy allows for a refund. However, the policy requires that the misprint of missing pages book be returned to the following address within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the purchase.

Q: What if the parcel/package which I received is damaged?
A: Our Return Policy allows for a refund only if the parcel/package is damaged upon delivery. Kindly take a picture as a proof in order for us to claim from Pos Malaysia and send the picture to email@example.com. However, we wouldn't be able to refund if books are dented due to mishandling by Pos Malaysia.
Q: I can't find the title that I want at debookroom.com. Can I place a special order?
A: We does not take special order at the moment. However, you can sent us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for further enquiries on special order.

Q: How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?
A: We will send you an email to confirm your order.
Q: How do I check my order status?
A: To do so, just click on "MY ACCOUNT". Your account will be updated once your books are sent out. Alternatively, you can e-mail us at email@example.com. Just give us your transaction number and we will check your status for you.
Q: Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
A: Yes you can but only if the order is still on pending status. Kindly send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the message title "Request to Cancel Order" in order to inform us about the cancellation order. However, please note that orders which have been shipped out cannot be cancelled.
Q: How do I make payment?
A: Currently, we only accept payment through Maybank2u Pay and Online/ATM Transfer through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank or RHB Bank. Account details will be given during check out.
Q: When will I get the books I ordered?
A: Books will be delivered to you once payment has been cleared. For books which are available on hand, we will delivered it to you within 1 to 3 working days.For books which are located at warehouse, we will delivered it to you within 5 to 7 working days.
Q: How are the books delivered?
A: We are using Pos Malaysia for delivery services, it will delivered to your doorstep.
Q: How long does the delivery usually takes?
A: It depends on the postage method which you choose. Pos Laju will approximately takes about 1 to 3 working days while Pos Daftar and Parcel will takes about 5 to 7 working days to reach.
Q: What should I do if I still didn't get my parcel?
A: Should this occur, kindly email us at email@example.com and we will assist you.
Q: Do you provide COD at the moment?
A: Yes, we do. However, COD is only at Mid Valley Megamall on weekdays from 5pm till 7pm. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to book for COD.

Q: How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
A: Login to your account and click on "Account Maintenance", then proceed to edit your account information and shipping address.
Q: I forgot my password for my account, what should I do to retrieve it?
A: Click on "Lost Password?" and fill in your email that used to register the account, click "Submit" and a verification toke will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
